RMA CLAIM

PHYSICAL DAMAGE POLICY
Physical damage to any product purchased from Bike Accessories will void the warranty. Improper installation, physical damage, burn marks, removed or tampered stickers, or damage due to liquids or mishandling will void the warranty. As a result, Bike Accessories may return any physically damaged products to the customer at the customer’s expense.
